Subion Purchase: Upon successful payment for a monthly or yearly subion plan, Webimaker.com initiates the creation of your eCommerce website or store.


Delivery Timeline: We aim to prepare your website, store, or service within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Once ready, you will receive an email containing your login credentials (e.g., username, password) and instructions to access the Platform’s dashboard, where you can manage your store, products, and settings.


Dashboard Access: After the website or store is created, you can log in to the dashboard using the credentials provided via email to configure and operate your eCommerce store.


Email Notification: All credentials and access instructions are sent to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring the email address is accurate and monitoring your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for our communication.


3. Potential Delays


Delay Notification: In some cases, the preparation of your website, store, or service may take longer than 30 minutes, potentially exceeding 1 day, due to technical issues, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please provide your account details and a deion of the issue. We will prioritize resolving the delay but do not guarantee immediate delivery.


No Impact on Subion: Delays in service delivery do not affect your subion billing cycle. Your subion begins upon payment, and access to services continues for the duration of the billing cycle (30 days for monthly plans, one year for yearly plans), as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
