Step 1: Update Your Domain's CNAME or A Records

Before you send us a request for your custom domain setup, you need to add CNAME records (given in the table below) from your domain registrar account (like Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.).

These records are necessary to point your domain to our servers so your store can be displayed correctly on your custom domain.

Different domain registrars have different interfaces for adding DNS records. If you cannot find where to add CNAME or A records inside your domain account, simply reach out to your domain registrar's support team—they will assist you in adding the required records.

Add These DNS Records to Your Domain:

If you are using Cloudflare instead of directly pointing to the domain,
add the following A Record:

⚡ Important: Make sure after updating DNS records, your domain is properly pointing. DNS changes might take a few minutes to a few hours (maximum 24 hours) to propagate globally.

Step 2: Send a Custom Domain Request

Once you have added the DNS records successfully, send us your custom domain request.

We will need the following details:

• Current Domain (Example: test.webimaker.com)

• Requested Domain (Example: yourbrand.com)

Once your request is received, we will verify your DNS records and connect your domain.
